Group Name

Group's display name is a identifier for your group. It needs to capture what your group represents. You can only update your group name 3 times a year.

If the name is taken, you'll be prompted to choose another one.

Group Avatar

A profile picture that best represent your group

Recommended dimensions for profile images are 400x400 pixels.

You can update your Group Avatar anytime and many times as you want.

Photos can be in any of the following formats: JPG, GIF, or PNG.

Group Bio

A brief introduction up to 250 characters about what your group represents, what events you will host etc.

Discord link

A must have to facilitate communication of activity details between group members as there will NOT be any chat module on Hang OOut.

Tags/Keywords

Each group can have up to 10 tags

You could select tags from our list or input any tag you want, the purpose of it is for others to find your event more easily.

Profanity and hostile languages are not allowed.

Photo Gallery

Each group can have up to 100 photos in their photo library, usually including photos of events hosted in the past, venues, members etc.

Upcoming Events

The group page will display events that each group has hosted and will host in the future.
