How to Get?

Can be earned ONLY by participating in community events or purchasing from secondary market such as Magic Eden.

How to Use?

Each Reference Letter will increase your success rate of a single level-up by 30%.

Each time only 1 Reference Letter could be used.

For example, if a Reference Letter was used to upgrade a Lvl. 8 vOO Mask, the expected success rate will be 50%+30% = 80%.

Reference Letter will be BURNED after each use.
